Directions
From Hwy 401
- Take 401 to the Black Creek Drive exit (near Hwy. 400).
- Continue South on Black Creek Drive to Weston Rd. (approx. 5km).
- Turn left onto Weston Road which turns into Keele Street after about 1.5 km.
- Continue along Keele Street to Dundas Street West.
- Turn left on Dundas Street West.
- You will find the Health Centre at 2826 Dundas Street West, on the left-hand side, just a few hundred feet from the corner of Dundas and Keele.
From QEW/Gardiner Expressway
- Take QEW/Gardiner Expressway to Lakeshore Boulevard/Hwy 2 exit.
- Take Lakeshore Boulevard to Parkside Drive.
- Take Parkside Drive which turns into Keele Street North of Bloor Street West (approx. 2km).
- Continue along Keele Street to Dundas Street West (approx 1.25km).
- Turn right onto Dundas Street West.
- You will find the Health Centre at 2826 Dundas Street West, on the left-hand side, just a few hundred feet from the corner of Dundas and Keele.
Parking
- Metered parking can be found on the streets surrounding the Health Centre, often directly in front on Dundas Street West.
- Price is reasonable but be sure to purchase a ticket for the appropriate times to avoid receiving a parking ticket
- There is also a metered parking lot on the East side of Keele Street, just South of Dundas Street West (across from the Fire Station).
